Creating an Extole Account

Overview

You just received an email inviting you to get started with Extole. You'll need to follow these three easy steps:

  1. Create your company's account

  2. Create your user

  3. Invite your team

Create an Account

To create your company's Extole account, follow the link in your invitation email from Extole. You'll see the following screen where Company Name and Program Domain are pre-filled with values setup by your Extole representative who generated your invitation:

You may change your Company Name. Note that when this value is updated, the program domain will auto-complete with the same name, properly escaped. The "program domain" is the base URL that referral links and promote links will live at. You will have an opportunity later to brand this URL, as outlined in our article on Managing Your Branded URLs.

After pressing next, you will be prompted with the following screen to create a user login to your Extole account.

Create a User

Fill out the necessary fields associated with creating a user. The fields include your email address (this will be your username when logging into Extole), first name, last name, and password.
