  1. Find Cate: Click the pink chat icon in the bottom right corner of My.Extole (or this article).

  2. Click Ask a Question: Type your Extole or referral-related question—Cate will instantly provide answers, resources, or guidance.

  3. Follow along: Read Cate’s replies, links to documentation, and step-by-step instructions. You can also ask follow-up questions.

  4. Need more help? If Cate can’t solve your issue, simply click the “talk to a person” button in the chat to reach our Support team.
