The Go Extole mobile app helps field teams, store associates, installers, and other customer‑facing employees become brand ambassadors. Using the app, they can share referral offers via QR code or personalized link, track their referral activity in real time, and engage in referral programs built on the Extole platform. This guide will help you get access to the app and troubleshoot any errors.
Logging into the Go Extole App
1. Install the Go Extole App
Download and install the app on your iOS or Android device from:
2. Enter Your Company and Email
Open the app and enter your company’s name in the Company field and your work email address in the Email field.
3. Verify Your Email
Check your email on the same mobile device where the app is installed. You should receive an email prompting you to verify your email address. Tap the Verify Email button in the email.
This step must be done from the same device with the Go Extole app installed. Tapping the link will redirect you into the app and log you in.
Troubleshooting Steps
If you encounter issues during login, follow these steps:
1. Confirm App Installation
Ensure the Go Extole app is installed on your mobile device:
If you’re on a company‑managed device and cannot install the app, contact your IT team for assistance.
2. Check Eligibility
After entering your information in the app, you’ll see one of two screens:
“Check your email” - you’re eligible to use the Go Extole app
“Sorry, you’re not eligible” - additional steps are required or you may not be eligible to participate
If you see the "not eligible" message, check to see if you received an email about next steps, or chat with your marketing team to confirm if you are eligible to participate in the program.
3. Didn’t Receive the Verification Email?
Check your spam or junk folders.
If you still can’t find the email, re‑enter your information in the app to resend it.
4. Verify from the Correct Device
Always tap the Verify Email button on the same mobile device where the Go Extole app is installed.
If you click the link from a desktop or another mobile device (without the app installed), the login flow will not complete successfully. The link must open the Go Extole app directly.
5. App Link Redirect Issues
In some cases, your company’s security settings may block the automatic redirect after tapping the verification link.
If you land on a webpage with an “Open Go Extole” button instead, tap that button to open the app and finish the login process.
