Delivery and Sharing Options

In addition to accessing completed reports in your My Extole account, you can have them delivered to you via email, API call, or SFTP.

Get API Call

Once a report is complete, you can open the dot menu to the right of the table or open the detailed view of the report and select the option to Get API Call.

Deliver via SFTP Toggle

When creating a report, in the Advanced section you have the option to turn on delivery via SFTP. This option will only be available to you if you already have an SFTP server set up in your My Extole account. This style of delivery is useful if you have an automated process for getting reports from a destination consistently to import them into your own systems.

Share Link

If you simply want to share a link to a report with your colleagues, simply open the report's dot menu and choose the option to Share. A window will open with a link to the report that you can copy.

View Report Details

When you click to view an individual report, you will see several different sections, including dimensions, visualizations (if supported), and a preview of the report data. You can also download the report to see all of its data.

Dimensions

You will see all of the dimensions with which the report was run. This will include information like the run date, event type, program, campaign, and so on.
