Overview

The Influencer Stats report provides a comprehensive view of your influencers' performance across a variety of metrics, allowing you to evaluate their impact and make data-driven decisions to optimize the success of your influencer program. On Influencer program dashboards, this report is automatically generated for you and powers the Influencers table. The metrics can vary based on your specific program objectives and can include conversions, account openings, loan funds, and other relevant outcomes associated with your influencer program.

How This Report Can Help You

  • Measure Influencer Performance: Understand how your influencers are performing by examining key metrics such as impressions, promotion click-throughs, shares, signups, conversions, and conversion revenue. Evaluate the success of your influencer marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize your strategies.

  • Identify Top Performing Influencers: Identify your most successful and influential contributors based on their performance metrics. Recognize the influencers who are driving the most shares, conversions, and revenue, allowing you to nurture and collaborate with them effectively.

How to Run the Report

To run the Influencer Stats report, follow these steps:

  1. Select the desired time range for the report. You can choose predefined options such as Last Hour, Last Week, or Last Month. Alternatively, you can specify a custom time range.

  2. Choose the specific program(s) you want to include in the report. You can select one or more programs based on your analysis requirements.

  3. Advanced Options: In the Advanced section you can select the preferred output format for the report, such as XLSX, JSON, CSV, PSV, CSV (no header row), or PSV (no header row). Additionally, provide the SFTP server details where you want the report delivered and specify a custom file name optionally.

    1. Campaigns: Optionally, select a specific campaign or choose "All" to include all campaigns in the report.

    2. Report Columns: Specify the columns and their order in the report. You can rename columns for better clarity by using the column name entry field. Additionally, you can define expressions or set sort orders for each column.

    3. Optional Enhancements: You have the flexibility to add new dimensions, steps, or rates to enhance your report further. These additions allow you to separate results by day, campaign, program, and more, as well as show event counts, customer counts, monetary values, or calculated rates.

    4. Filters: Apply filters to refine the set of events analyzed in the report. Filters allow you to precisely define criteria or apply additional filters based on visit type, container, quality, sources, channels, country, language, and campaign states.

Once configured, save & run the report to generate comprehensive metrics and insights on your influencers' performance.

Report Results

The Influencer Stats report provides aggregated metrics for your influencers, allowing you to gain insights into their performance and the impact of their activities.

Each row in the report represents a specific influencer, providing a snapshot of their performance metrics during the selected time range.

The report returns the following key data:

  • Person ID: Extole’s Unique identifier for each influencer.

  • Shareable Code: The code associated with the influencer's shareable link(e.g. "Ana" in share.client.com/ana).

  • Share Link: The shareable link used by the influencer to promote your offerings.

  • Impressions: The number of impressions on in-app or onsite promotions or Extole-sent emails that have been opened (does not include links posted on social channels or untracked sources)

  • Promotion Click Throughs: The number of clicks by the influencer on in-app promotions, onsite promotions, email promotions, or promotion links posted on social channels.

  • Share Clicks: Clicks on the influencer's shareable link.

  • Signups: The number of users who signed up through the influencer's shareable link.

  • Conversions: The number of successful conversions generated.

  • Conversion Revenue: The total revenue generated from the conversions influenced by the influencer.

  • Influencer Redeemed Reward Revenue: The revenue generated from the influencer redeeming rewards associated with the campaign.

Please note that depending on your specific program objectives, metrics such as signups, conversions, conversion revenue, and influencer-redeemed reward revenue may not be applicable.
