Overview

The Successful Advocates Report provides valuable insights into your top-performing advocates. The data in this report can help you optimize your programs, nurture high-performing advocates, and maximize the results they generate.

How This Report Can Help You

  • Identify advocates who have generated at least one successful outcome, such as sign-ups, purchases, money transfers, and more.

  • Understand the impact of different advocate tiers (audiences) on your programs.

  • Gain visibility into the activity and revenue influence of advocates within predefined segments, including Successful Advocates, Revenue Drivers, Super Advocates, and Affiliates.

How to Run the Report

To generate the Successful Advocates Report, follow these steps:

  1. Determine the desired outcome you want to measure, such as friend sign-ups, account creations, conversions, or fundings.

  2. Select the appropriate time range for the report.

  3. Choose the specific program you want to analyze or select "All" to include all programs in the report. Optionally, specify a campaign if you need a more granular analysis of a specific campaign.

In the Advanced section, you can further customize the report:

  • Rename or redefine tiers to suit your specific terminology.

  • Select the "successful event" you're interested in. By default, the report is set to "transacted," but you can include or change it to other relevant events (signed_up, converted, account_opened, etc.).

  • Select the quality setting.

  • By default, the report excludes blocked advocates. However, if you want to evaluate the impact of blocked advocates, you can enable the "Include Blocked" option.

Once you configured the report according to your needs, save & run it or schedule it for regular generation.
