The Successful Advocates report gives you the number of advocates who have driven one or more successful outcomes, such as sign-ups, purchases, or money transfers. This information allows you to discern various tiers of activity across your advocates and offers insights into their individual contributions to the success of your brand.

How This Report Can Help You

By analyzing the number of advocates who have generated at least one successful outcome, this report empowers you to understand the impact of your advocates and optimize your strategies accordingly. Here's how this report can help you:

  • Measure Advocacy Success: The report allows you to measure the success of each of your advocate tiers/segments by providing a clear count of advocates who have influenced desired events (such as signups, conversions, account openings, etc.). It helps you gauge the effectiveness of your program in driving positive outcomes.

  • Evaluate Program Impact: The report helps you evaluate the impact of your referral program by tracking the number of people influenced by advocates' actions. Gaining insights into the reach and influence of your advocates empowers you to make informed decisions, such as implementing an influencer program for your high-performing tier, and optimizing your program to enhance engagement and maximize impact.

How to Run the Report

Running the Successful Advocates report is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to configure and generate the report:

  1. Date Range: Select the desired date range for the report. Keep in mind that the report's data dates back to 11/1/20. You can choose from predefined options like Last Day, Last Week, and Last Month, or select the Custom option to specify a different range.

  2. Period: Choose the time intervals (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly) for breaking down the report results. This breakdown provides a granular view of advocate success over specific periods.

  3. Program Label: Specify the program you want to analyze. This allows you to focus the report on a specific program if you have multiple programs running simultaneously.

  4. Campaign ID: You can select one campaign to understand the success of individual campaigns within the program or all campaigns.

  5. Advanced Options: Explore the advanced options to further customize the report. In particular, we recommend considering the following fields:

    1. Select specific tiers to include in the analysis. Learn more about Advocate Tiers.

    2. Choose the "successful event" to focus on. This can be an advocate's event (e.g., advocated), or the outcome that they've driven (e.g., transacted, signed_up, converted, account_opened, etc.).

    3. Filter based on quality. Advocates with High Quality passed all the quality rules set in the program or campaign.

  6. Save and Run: Initiate the report generation process after configuring your desired parameters. The system will process the data based on your specifications and generate the report with the requested insights.

Report Results

Once the report is generated, you will receive the following data:

  • The report will provide data for the period you specified.

  • It will categorize advocates into different audiences:

    • Successful Advocate = 1 high-quality outcome

    • Revenue Driver = 2 high-quality outcomes

    • Super Advocate = 3-9 high-quality outcomes

    • Affiliate = 10+ high-quality outcomes

  • For each advocate tier, the report will give you the count of people in the segment, and the revenue driven by that segment.

These results provide valuable insights into the success and impact of each advocate audience within your program. You can use this information to optimize your advocacy strategies, identify top-performing advocates, and make data-driven decisions to drive better outcomes.
