What is the Stats Drip?

Right now you might have have a Stats Email that an advocate can manually trigger from the Share Experience. This email can automatically start dripping to advocates after they share and has been seen to improve revenue by 5-7% just by having it enabled.

The current Stats Email drip schedule is set to send after the following days: 1, 3, 7, 14, 21, 28, 60, 90, 120, 280 days—therefore, the less the advocate interacts with the program, the less frequent it will send and visa versa.

We have found this schedule to be an effective engagement timeline; however, if you would like to change the schedule you can do so within the visual editing tools by editing the Drip Schedule field on the email. If you do not have an editable drip schedule please contact [email protected] and we will expose it for you.

The schedule resets every time someone comes back to share.

Q. If I update the schedule, what happens to people already on a schedule?

Their schedule will not change until they come back to share again.

Q. If one of my customers is in multiple campaigns, will they get multiple emails?

Yes, they will get an email drip for each campaign they belong to.
