Overview
This article explains how to upload and manage your program’s Terms and Conditions. The best way to ensure your terms are carried across all assets is to update your terms within the Overview section. Note, to add any styling, HTML formatting must be added.
Add Terms via Program Overview
Navigate to your Program and click Edit Creatives.
You will be dropped into the Overview section, click Legal and Security
Enter your Terms and Conditions in the provided field and click Apply.
Styling
HTML styling is required in all locations where Terms and Conditions are added. For quick assistance, check out a free Word to HTML converter site or here are some Common HTML Tags for Basic Editing.
To see how the Terms are rendering, go to the Terms zone under the Advocate section. If you’d prefer to make updates from within this Terms zone, follow these steps to ensure it is used across the entire campaign:
Go to the Terms asset under the Advocate section
Make your updates within the Terms and Conditions Copy
Click the 3 dots next to Terms and Conditions Copy and choose “Update {campaign name} Default Value”. This will update the Overview variable to match the updates you made here and use these updated terms across the other points of the campaign.

Terms should always be reviewed by your legal and compliance team, but here is a default set of referral T&Cs you can provide to your team as a starting point.
