Extole Program Performance
Account dashboards include into two key graphs: Engagement & Activity and Outcomes. These metrics include data from all programs that you may be running with Extole, including those beyond just a referral program.
Engagement & Activity
The first visualization you'll see on your Account Level Dashboard is a graph of Activities over time and is an indication of brand engagement from all your programs. Activities are broken down into two filters:
Advocations: Count of shares in your programs. This can also include things like hints dropped, ratings, and reviews.
Shares: Count of explicit shares using an Extole share channel. For email share channels, each "to" counts as a share. Copying your share link to your clipboard is also counted as a share.
Outcomes
Outcomes now track purchases, account openings, quote submissions, application submissions, account fundings, policy purchases, or subscription purchases and are dependent on your programs' intended goals.
For most retail brands, your program will look at friend sign ups and conversions driven from the program.
Signups: Count of referred friend emails captured through Extole or sign ups on your site's registration step (will depend on the configuration of your program).
Conversions: Count of referred friend purchases attributed to any programs run with Extole, including high and low quality conversions.
For outcomes, there are two quality filters you can toggle between:
Highest Quality: This filter indicates all signups or conversions that passed the quality rules set for your program on this step
New To File: This filter indicates all signups or conversions in which a referred friend is new to your customer list.
