How to Run the Report
To generate the Referred Friends Who Advocate report, follow these steps:
Time Range Selection: Choose the desired time range to analyze the data.
Program Label Selection: Select the program label for which you want to analyze the referred friends who have become advocates.
Advanced Options:
Select the desired output format for the report. You can also specify the SFTP server to which the report should be delivered.
Specify the event names and sort order for the report. For example, you can sort by "Advocated" in ascending order.
Apply filters to refine the events you want to analyze. You can filter based on criteria such as container, quality, sources, channels, country, and language.
The report includes predefined mappings that capture essential information about advocates and their activities, such as advocate person ID, email, first name, last name, image, first program name, first campaign ID, referred date, transacted date, and channel. You can include additional predefined mappings or apply filters to narrow the data set based on specific criteria.
Report Output
This report will give you a comprehensive list of friends who were referred by existing advocates and subsequently became advocates themselves. The report will include the following information for each new advocate:
First Share Date: The date when the advocate first shared the program with others.
Advocate Person ID: Extole's unique identifier for the advocate.
Advocate Email: Email address of the advocate.
Advocate First Name: First name of the advocate.
Advocate Last Name: Last name of the advocate.
Advocate Image: URL of the advocate's profile image, if applicable.
First Program Name: Name of the first program the advocate participated in.
First Campaign ID: Unique identifier of the campaign associated with the advocate's first program.
Referred Date: The date when the advocate was referred to the program.
Transacted Date: The date when the advocate completed a specific transaction within the program, such as a purchase, account opening, or other relevant actions based on your business model.
Channel: The channel through which the advocate shared the program with others.
