The Friend Conversion report provides a detailed list of friend conversions resulting from successful referrals within a specified time period. It allows you to track the success of your referral program, evaluate advocate performance, and optimize incentive strategies to drive more successful referrals.

How to Run the Report

  • Select Time Range: Choose the desired time frame to analyze friend conversions, with options for predefined or custom time ranges.

  • Configure Advanced Options (optional): Tailor the report by selecting output formats, defining mappings, and applying filters for more precise analysis.

Report Output

The Friend Conversion report contains the following data, if available:

  • Conversion Date: The date when the advocate's referral resulted in a successful conversion.

  • Friend Person ID: Extole's unique identifier for the referred friend.

  • Friend Partner User ID: Your unique identifier associated with the referred friend.

  • Friend Email: Email address of the referred friend.

  • Friend First Name: First name of the referred friend.

  • Friend Last Name: Last name of the referred friend.

  • Campaign ID: Unique identifier of the campaign associated with the referral.

  • Campaign Name: Name of the campaign associated with the referral.

  • Program: Label of the program associated with the campaign.

  • Share Channel: The channel through which the advocate shared the program with others.

  • Source: The source of the advocate's engagement.

  • Partner Conversion ID: Your unique identifier for the conversion, such as an order ID.

  • Cart Value: The monetary value of the conversion.

  • Coupon Code: The coupon code used during the conversion.

  • Quality Score: Quality score of the conversion.

  • Reason: Reason behind the referral.

  • Advocate Person ID: Extole's unique identifier for the referring advocate.
