How This Report Can Help You

This report is a valuable tool for understanding the engagement and reach of your advocates. By reviewing this report, you can gain the following insights:

Identify Active Advocates

Discover the advocates who are actively sharing your content and driving engagement. Once identified, you can segment your advocates based on their behavior and explore various actions:

  • Create a super advocate or influencer program and provide these segments with exclusive benefits and recognition for their exceptional support.

  • Run a Surprise and Delight Program and show gratitude by surprising your advocates with special.

Additionally, importing advocate data into your CRM empowers you to target customers who have advocated for your brand in the past, optimizing your future marketing strategies.

Analyze Advocates' Sharing Behavior

Gain valuable insights into how your advocates are spreading the word about your referral programs. Understand both the promotional sources driving advocate traffic and the referral channels they use for sharing.

For example, explore the various promotional sources, such as global headers, or website banners, that effectively attract advocate engagement. Additionally, delve into the referral channels, such as SMS, email, or social media, that advocates leverage to extend your program's reach.

This analysis provides a comprehensive view of your advocates' sharing habits, helping you optimize promotional efforts and enhance the program's overall performance.
