By using this report, you can target these inactive advocates and work on reactivating them through various means, such as sending promotional emails or employing other engagement strategies.
How This Report Can Help You
Improve Participation Rate
The primary goal of the Inactive Advocates report is to enhance your participation rate by targeting and reactivating inactive advocates. These are individuals who have not taken any actions or shared content for a predefined time period, such as the last year or a custom duration of your choice.
How to Run the Report
This report may take a while to run depending on the amount of data you choose to include.
Select campaigns and programs: Specify the campaigns and programs you want to analyze. This helps narrow your scope and focus on specific advocacy initiatives.
Customize the time frame (optional): By default, the report will provide you with a list of advocates who haven't shared content for the past year. However, you can customize this timeframe by adjusting the filter settings.
Create a new filter.
Set the criteria to "days."
Choose the operator "greater than" and enter the desired value. For example, if you want advocates who haven't shared for the past two years, set the value to "730" (representing 730 days).
Click "Add" to apply the new filter.
Note: Make sure to remove the default filter to ensure that the report reflects your updated timeframe.
Report Results
After running the "Inactive Advocates" report, you will receive a comprehensive list of advocates who match your chosen criteria.
The report will provide the following information for each advocate:
Advocate Person ID
Advocate Email
Advocate First Name
Advocate Last Name
These details enable you to identify and connect with inactive advocates easily. Now, you can take targeted actions to reactivate them, such as sending promotional emails or implementing other re-engagement strategies.
