How to Run the Report
To generate the Advocate Opt-in Report, follow these simple steps:
Select the desired time range to analyze the opt-in data. You can choose predefined time ranges such as Last Day, Last Week, or Last Month. Alternatively, you can specify a custom time range.
Specify the program label, campaign ID, or choose "All" to include all programs and campaigns. This flexible approach allows you to focus on specific program labels or campaigns of interest, or gather insights across all programs and campaigns for a comprehensive analysis.
Advanced Options: Fine-tune your report with advanced options such as output format selection (XLSX, CSV, or JSON), SFTP delivery for secure file transfer, event name customization, and sorting order preferences. You can also customize the report output by defining mappings for various fields. Tailor the report to align with your unique requirements and obtain the desired insights.
Note: By default, the report includes all advocates, regardless of their opt-in status. If you wish to focus specifically on advocates who have opted in (Opted In = TRUE), you will need to configure the report accordingly.
