The Failed Rewards report provides a comprehensive list of rewards that have failed to be delivered in the selected program or campaign. The following fields are included in the report:

  • Reward Date: The date and time when the reward failure occurred.

  • Program: The program associated with the failed reward.

  • Campaign ID: Unique identifier of the campaign linked to the failed reward.

  • Campaign Name: The name of the campaign.

  • Reward Status: The status of the reward, indicating that it has failed (reward_failed).

  • Reward ID: Unique identifier for each failed reward.

  • Recipient Email: Email address of the participant who was supposed to receive the reward.

  • Recipient Person ID: Unique identifier of the participant who was supposed to receive the reward.

  • Recipient Partner User ID: Partner-specific identifier for the recipient (if applicable).

  • Partner Reward Supplier ID: Partner-specific identifier for the reward supplier (if applicable).

  • Reward Supplier ID: Unique identifier for the reward supplier.

  • Reward Supplier Name: The name of the reward supplier associated with the failed reward.

  • Reward Supplier Type: The type of reward supplier, such as TANGO_V2.

  • Face Value Type: The type of currency or value associated with the reward (e.g., USD).
