Overview
Offering a Virtual Visa reward as an incentive is a great way to provide cash-like rewards to your advocates or friends. Virtual Visa rewards are issued through a third-party vendor, Tango Card, Inc., and support of Virtual Visa transactions is handled directly by Virtual Visa.

Virtual Visa Fees
Although there are no fees to use your Virtual Visa reward, there is a fee if your customers decide to convert their virtual card to a physical card. The fee is $3 for shipping-and-handling.
How Virtual Visa Cards Work
A Prepaid Card is a URL and digital token.
Recipient has 4 months to activate their reward.
Once activated, the recipient has 7 months to spend the balance.
Keep as a digital card. (Spendable anywhere Visa Debit is accepted online
or over the phone.)Or, convert to a physical card for a $3 shipping-and-handling fee. (Physical
option not available in China, Brazil, and Russia.)
Virtual Visa Redemption Flow
The redemption flow for a Virtual Visa reward is as follows:
Reward Fulfilled: Reward Email is triggered from Extole for a qualified conversion event: Recipient receives an email with a Redemption Link and Digital Token to access their Virtual Visa reward.
Card Selection: Upon clicking through the Redemption Link, recipients will choose whether to receive their reward instantly, or whether they would like the Physical card, which is delivered by mail ($3 shipping-and-handling-fee).
Recipient Card Profile: The recipient is then asked to fill out basic information, including name, address, email, and telephone number.
Agree to Terms: Recipient is required to agree to product Terms and Conditions before receiving their Virtual Visa.
Card Details Delivered: Once all steps have been completed, and if they chose to receive the Virtual Visa, they will be presented with card details immediately available for use. If they selected the physical card, it will not be available until it has arrived by mail.
Once all steps have been completed, recipients will receive an email confirmation of their order.
