Customer Details
Each customer row shows contact information and data details in relation to the selected segment and filters.
What the numbers mean
Shares - displays how many times the advocate shared by number and by rank in the selected time period
Reach - displays how big the advocates reach is represented by number and by rank in the selected time period
IMPORTANT: Reach is currently counting Facebook and Twitter as one reach not the actual number of followers. In 2015Q1, reach will reflect an advocate's actual number of Facebook and Twitter followers.
Conversions - displays how many conversions the advocate influenced in the selected time period
Export a customer list for remarketing efforts
Use the export option to export the entire list of advocates who qualify based on your defined report. Use the information in this list to remarket to these key segments.
